Christians have different levels of maturity. Maturity is measured by our love and obedience to God’s rhema and logos word. The Christian intensely in love with Jesus is more daring in pursuing God's will and mandate than a Christian who isn't. God knows those whose heart are after his. For the eyes of the LORD range throughout the earth to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to him.... (2 Chr 16:9). They love the Lord so much more than their lives ( Rev.12:11).
God loves all his sons and daughters and his love is not unfair. That is an absolute truth. But it is the son or daughter who responds in different measures. Some respond in fear, some in faith. Whether fear or faith, it is also in different levels measured according to their love, trust and obedience to God.
The gift of faith is available to all of us but because of our free will, our choices vary. This variety in the choices of man is the reason why there are various measures and manifestations of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is gentle. He does not come in to the resistant but to the willing and open. He does not move beyond your control. He allows you to choose and decide. He does not impose nor protest, he convicts but does not condemn. Those who use spiritual gifts have the choice on how and when they are used. It is not accurate to say that one cannot control his tongue, body or mind when the outpouring of the Holy Spirit was so strong. The anointing was strong and the manifestation was obviously strong because the person under such power was 100% open, willing, and surrendered to God. One who gets rid of the ‘ what ifs ‘ in the mind and replaces it with ‘ so what ‘ will indeed see “ what no eye has seen “ and make exploits beyond the understanding of the soul.
Two factors affecting man’s choices
Fear
There is only one fear that must fill us: Fear of God. Fears other than this are not of God so they must be of the kingdom of darkness. There are many fears such as fear of pain, hunger, fear of lack of provision, fear of sickness, fear of death, etc. These fears hinder our quick obedience. It is like stepping on water. Fear of sinking must be subdued by our faith in Jesus who commands us to walk towards him, our destiny. Fears must be erased or it will paralyzed us from stepping in faith. The Christian who loves and trusts the Lord in full measure can easily get rid of this fear. The love and trust quotient is the quotient of faith and obedience to overcome fear. A Christian who loves God with 70% measure would be 70% victorious over fear. There is 30% left to struggle with. To identify the fear spot and aggressively transform it to faith will result to tremendous growth and authority in the Lord.
Deceptions
There are lies stored in the spirit-soul-body of the person. These lies stored are called deception files hidden in different directories of the person's mind. Some are in hidden subdirectories and couldn’t be accessed by the conscious mind of the person. When information contrary to its content enters its domain, a potential resistance may take place if humility is not activated or when there is no humility to activate to make the person teachable. This is a common situation of any man.
For example: a person who catches cold after being soaked in the rain. He believes that being wet under the rain is the cause of his colds. Next time the rain comes, he avoids being wet under the rain. Tell him that it is not true, he will tell you: he experienced it. If he is teachable, he will be set free from this lie.
The word of God revealed is usually met with resistance by the particular deception file under the attack of truth. The Christian who receives truth from God must deal with the lie aggressively. He must aim and be determined to delete all lies by seeking and receiving truth from the Holy Spirit, the teacher of truth. Truth or lie must be processed by our soul and spirit by talking and listening to the Holy Spirit who speaks truth. His spiritual voice heard by our spirit is like a thought in our minds. Our mind is a part of our soul and spirit that works as a processor of truth or deception.
Due to these levels and measures of love, faith and obedience to God, Christians are called, trained, equipped and commissioned to different levels of warfare.
The Two Warriors
The Stage One Warriors
They battle against evil spirits manifesting in people. They fast and pray and set the captive free by binding and loosing, talking to the demons and spirits of humans and gathering information from them.
They allow evil spirits to manifest their presence then drive them out. They feel effective and certain of deliverance when the victim shows physical signs such as vomiting, yawning, burping, etc.
The Stage Two Warriors
Elisha and Paul were stage 2 warriors.
Elisha's mentor, Elijah, went to be with the Lord not by death nor sickness. And Elisha saw him at the time when he was about to leave the earth on a chariot of fire (2 Ki 2:11). Elisha could have gone to heaven in like manner or at least not die in any way. But he died in his illness which, as a stage2 warrior, I think, he did not have to (2 Kings 13:14). His illness is symbolic of an intense warfare going on or about to happen in the heavenly places over Israel against the principality of Aram . I am not saying that he died of defeat in spiritual warfare. I perceive that he died in the middle of satanic oppression in the heavenly places which is why he was ill (2 Ki 13:20-24). see Pain & Sensation
Paul pleaded with God to remove his "thorn in the flesh" but God didn't remove it. Instead he gave grace. God wants Paul to go through the torment, learn to combat and overcome the tormentor. The thorn in the flesh was caused by a messenger of Satan, the tormentor ( 2 Cor.12:7NIV ). When God wants us to go through pain to overcome it, he gives us grace to be gracious while in pain. But pain must not be considered as coming from God. It is a result of sin or a result of discernment when our sensors are activated to pick up the schemes, presence or activity of evil spirits. Pain is associated with the presence and activity of Satan and his cohorts. A sinless person may go through pain as a warrior with a mission to subdue the perpetrators of wickedness in the spirit realms. There are many stage2 warriors like us who go through pain everyday. But no matter how intense the pain maybe, it will quickly leave our spirit and body once the culprit is identified and subdued using God given tactics and strategies.
Stage2 warriors battle against evil spirits not necessarily residing in a person but in the heavenly places. Territorial spirits and principalities do not reside in men to possess them. But their oppression can result to untold devastation and death if God allows. S2 warriors have the capability to confront and subdue them because of their righteous lives that earned them sufficient authority in the spirit realms.
They pursue God's current command in different or similar situations. Because of their high quotient determination to do God’s will, their tolerance of pain is high.
They don't move according to the manifestation of evil spirits. They move according to the direction of the Holy Spirit.
Effective Range of Sensors
S2 warriors sense spirits that S1 warriors couldn't. Because of their calling to combat in S2 warfare, God enables their sensors to be sensitive to the atmosphere where Satan, principalities and territorial spirits and demons lurk. Their discerning radius could detect any spirit on the face of the earth. Their sensors are not limited only within local or national geographic location. We experience this when God activates us to pray against evil that is about to happen or is already happening. God led us to see and develop this capability.Aside from our personal experience on this capability, we saw this happen to our SWICTS students in their “ discernment activation exercises “. In front of the class, we made various presentations of a folder with different contents one at a time. Hidden were pictures, news articles and items they have to discern. The result was spectacular. Their sensors accurately detected what were hidden. We are teaching truths and principles and the methodology on discernment. And we believe that this skill for extensive use is for S2 warriors and not for everyone. Occassionally though, any Christian must know how to discern. It is for their personal use when God allows evil to cross their path. The skill to dicern is for everyone to learn. Since we live in this world of tricks, discernment will be applicable in any relationship, deals and transactions we make with people. It is important to discern the wiles of the devil and the spirit of man. Since discernment is a gift and a skill to harness, it will spare us from falling into the snare of the devil and his cohorts.
In the Philippines, the notorious and widespread activity of deceivers and con men had provided us with a wide range of exposure to human spirits and demons perpetrating their crime. Our discoveries and experiences would provide a good source of information on discernment. We are in the process of building this website as a vitual arsenal for God’s warriors. Though this website is open for all, agents and followers of Satan cannot use these weapons and ammo because their weapons are entirely different. Once they use our weapons, they will be converted and become one of us. Though they can mimic our behavior and appear like God sent ones, our strategies and tactics won’t work for them or for any person, Christian or not, who are not right with God.
S2 Warriors make war in signs and symbols
They are prophetic warriors. They can sense schemes of demons before they happen but receive God’s instructions before they strike.
They use their 5 senses in discerning good or evil. They sense wickedness by their feelings so that their pains and ailments are symbolic of wickedness which are not indications for medication or for doctor's advice but for prophetic warfare by targeting the source person , location and evil in the atmosphere where the Lord has deployed them. We have seen extreme pain leaving our spirit and body when we identify the enemy with details such as his/their location, function, time, target, scheme, and victims. Thru our painful encounters with the ruthless demons, God made us realize and understand that the presence of evil spirits makes us uncomfortable. Christians called into this stage in warfare may not get complete relief from medication or treatment. If they fail to grasp this function, they will still go to heaven but they won't overcome their tormentors and might remain in their illness until they die.
God is raising stage 2 warriors to battle the dragon and his bad angels in the endtimes. Even if the accuser accuses them day and night, the stage 2 warriors overcome him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony for they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death ( Rev.12:11 NIV ).
